Compared to other hospitals where patients may see a number of physicians still in training, here your child will see the same doctor throughout treatment. This consistency ensures a better outcome, while making your child feel secure.

Oncology and hematology specialists in our program work closely with Mary Bridge’s pediatric surgery team. Pediatric surgery is an established specialty at our hospital, offering advanced technology and minimally invasive procedures whenever possible.
Our board-certified pediatric neurosurgeon uses the latest technology to treat children who have cancers involving the brain, spine and nervous system.
The oncology and hematology team works closely with our pediatric urologists to treat cancers affecting the bladder and/or kidneys.
Children may see a pediatric ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialists for cancers involving the ear, nose and throat.
Our radiation oncologists use the most advanced technology available to minimize the side effects of radiation on your child. Children will receive radiation therapy at the MultiCare Regional Cancer Center, in the same building as Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital.
Both are part of MultiCare, giving our patients access to the full range of resources that includes leading radiation oncologists.
Our dietitians help ensure children get the proper nutrition to support recovery and optimal health.
Our program’s nursing staff specializes in pediatric oncology and hematology. We provide comprehensive child and family support services that include nurse navigators and personal health partners (PHPs) to guide your family through the medical process.
