Crisis Support Resources

Mary Bridge Children's Hospital does not provide gender-affirming surgeries.

Our gender health clinic provides a multidisciplinary three-step process that includes education, counseling and affirming medical support.

Mary Bridge Children's respects all parties with medical decision-making authority and does not provide treatment without their consent.

LGBTQ+ Crisis and Intervention Resources

These are nationally recognized organizations for serving transgender and gender-diverse teens and young adults. Crisis lines are available for people who need immediate help and identify as transgender or gender diverse. Friends and family who may be worried about a loved one can also use these resources. If you need additional mental health services, our social worker can provide a list of gender-affirming mental health providers.
