Referral and Enrollment Process

Before scheduling an initial appointment with the Mary Bridge Gender Health Clinic, you will first need a referral from your Primary Care Provider (PCP). This referral should be sent to the Mary Bridge Pediatric Endocrinology Clinic with a gender dysphoria diagnosis. If your provider is outside MultiCare’s Epic electronic system, your PCP referral may be faxed directly to 253-864-2801.

Our Gender Health social worker will receive the referral and contact you directly to provide additional information and schedule your first appointment.

If you have additional questions or would like to learn more about the services offered by the Gender Health Clinic, members of our clinical team are available to speak with you on an individual basis.
